Philip Dawson, Founder, Firm Principal


 

Philip Dawson is a lawyer and public policy advisor specializing in the governance of digital technologies and artificial intelligence.

After beginning his career in legal practice, Phil held senior policy roles at a United Nations specialized agency, in government and at a global AI software company. He is an active participant in national and international policy-making activities related to digital technologies and AI, and has spoken at workshops and conferences in over 15 countries.

Phil holds a B.A. and a B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill University, as well as an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics.
